Seems unlikely, at least for the next couple for years. But who knows? It's more of a popularity matter, and I don't know how well Atelier is doing in Japan.

Actually it's doing very well. The series has already sold over 1.4m copies total (data from the beginning of the year) and it's safe to say that it's one of the most popular recent manga that don't have anime yet. It seems that people believe it will get an adaptation rather soon-ish

ahh im so happy to hear that!! when do you think we can expect anime to appear? ♡ also offtop, but do you mind if i ask; are you maybe from poland? cause i see your username and haha, well

I have no idea, honestly. There are more popular manga that never got an anime (best example being Yotsubato) so popularity definitely isn't the only factor. On the contrary, often less successful manga will get an adaptation sooner to boost the manga sales, it might be seen as a kind of investment.
It doesn't look to me that there's any reason not to make an anime for this one though. SpaceOddity says there would not be many chapters left to adapt for later, but it's not really something that would be a determining factor. There's lots of examples of manga that got anime even earlier. And sadly, often anime are made with no intention of producing further seasons in the first place - one season is enough to boost sales and that seems to be the main reason for adapting manga nowadays.
My guess is that it will get announced next year. Probably not this one cause it's the year of postponing anime now xD But it's nothing more than a sheer guess, of course. I am not even reading the manga yet, so I don't know if it's a kind of story that is fitting for an anime anyway - and that's also something that should be considered to a certain extent.
As for the offtop part, yes, I am. My username really does give it away xD
