  Urahara and Rukia Bankai are really strong,
  But we have some that ignore everything and destroy, like Shunsui and Yamamoto
  But I think Ichibei is the most powerful shinigami, as he almost tanked the Quincy King

  My top 3 would be:

  1. Ichibei
  2. Yamamoto
  3. Shunsui
