Yeah Iroha is literally the best girl there. Maybe Yui can get close. But while Iroha and Hachiman seem like a good ship, I don't think they would actually make a stable couple. It honestly seems like their playful relationship should be left as is, and she would be a close friend at best. While it's clear Iroha has some feelings for Hachiman and actually is very affectionate with him, she still likes Hayama. And if she was to choose between them, I'm sure she would naively pick Hayama. If they do end up being a couple, Iroha will have to deal with a lot mentally. If she gets together with Hikki, her feelings towards him will probably start fading a bit, and she would end up thinking about Hayama a lot more. If she got together would Hayama, she would be more at ease but would probably ensd up breaking up with him because her feelings don't feel as strong anymore (since they were split with Hikki too). Iroha is basically in a pinch. Closest friend seems like the best option. I probably over observed this, but this is what I came up with (she still is best girl tho).
