Try shippuden filler it's too darker and serious if u fan of darker tone
YOOOO~ I started Naruto weeks ago and there's tons of chapters that are fillers. Did you watch em all? Are they worth to watch? Still currently watching it and almost finished and imo, they ain't that bad like everyone else sayin'. I guess maybe most ppl just wanna continue the original story already but i might just watch all of em cuz im pretty curious, might find good or funny scenes in them kkkkkkk
Mod Edit: Megathread for Naruto filler discussion/which fillers are worth watching
Try shippuden filler it's too darker and serious if u fan of darker tone
I guess? if you have the time it doesn't hurt too, fairly sure theres a couple that adds info for the main story. I remember at some point they introduced 6 tails but that was "filler" ep, could be wrong, or its in shippuden lol
well depends on which arc you're on . there are quite a few fillers in the pain are, but holy christ The Ninja War Arc was lined with them all over the place . but then again it might be becoz i watched them when it was ongoing (so weekly ) .......GOD it was painfull.......but most of the fillers are memories all it does show is scenes from past eps so for me it was hard pass, but you do you.
The war arc was when I started skipping fillers
(singular) filler episodes should definitely be watched, some of them add a lot to the show/characters, filler arcs can be skipped if you want to, though I quite liked them
Don't skip the Kakashi Anbu filler nor the Itachi filler (those are the best imo) but they are almost at the end of Shippuden
There's a filler where they go into a haunted castle - I believe it was in the original Naruto. Anyways, I recommend watching that one at least, it's really funny seeing them freaking out
I looked up which ones are filler and watched the ones that looked interesting.
maybe because most people were caught up to the anime and were waiting next episode impatiently this was when a filler come out and you feel like despreate to continue the main story
Itachi Shinden
I'm speaking for the fillers pre-Shippuden here, since I just completed a second watch of Naruto (not Shippuden) without the fillers.
I actually enjoyed the fillers myself. It does get boring and draggy half the time because thats how shounen anime kind of end up becoming, but they did contribute to a great deal of character development especially the other side characters.
tldr: Watch the fillers if you want to see more of the other characters/teams/genin in Naruto but if you just wanna focus on the main quest of Naruto himself then skip it.
YOOOOO
no, they're just TV fillers

Im huge fan of naruto, it was a big part of my childhood. So like a month ago i started rewatching it for some nostalgia, than i remembered that almost half of the show is filler episodes, and i don't like fillers. So should i watch naruto fillers? I heard a lot of people saying that some filler arcs are actually good, but i also wanna hear you guys opinion on naruto fillers.
Naruto is among the first animes I watched and I loved every bit of it, but to me, the fillers just took away from the story. If you want to watch the whole thing, go for it, but I recommend staying away from the fillers.
When I watched Shippuden the first thing I did after hitting the first filler arc was look up a list of all filler episodes and filter the ones I figured looked interesting.
just dont
Currently watching naruto and in my opinion some of the fillers I tend to skip. There are some fillers that I don't skip since it was part of the scene and I want to keep watching it.
Staph!
What?
I'd say do it; I did. That way also you wont have to edit your list or mark Naruto as paused, and sitting through all the filler gives big bragging rights too. Totally up to you tho.
Don't watch fillers. Just forget they exist. When you think of Naruto, you want to think about the main story
This is how I personally deal with fillers. If it's my first time watching an anime, I'll watch the whole anime fillers included. Then if I do go back and re-watch the anime I'll skip all the filler to save time.
Since you are re-watching it, I'd say it's ok to skip fillers. But since you haven't seen it in a while, there are some fun filler arcs that you might enjoy re-visiting. That being said, finding and distinguishing which filler arcs are actually enjoyable could be a hassle. An example of a good and enjoyable filler arc (which I personally really like) would be the 3-tails skirmish.
