Father of Kyousuke and Kirino. He has a job that is within the Japanese police department. He holds a identical view of the public opinion that Otakus are bad for society. Leading to eventual argument between himself and Kirino upon finding out Kirino's hobby. He pampers Kirino more than Kyousuke.
