Utonberino was a Cardian sent by Ail and An. Her mission was to gather energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju. She used a single chopstick as a weapon, and could also launch ropes of seaweed from her arm cannon, which she used to incapacitate Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Jupiter.
