Isami Kondo

Though he's the Kyoukuchou, he plays a relatively minor role in the series and is often seen to be overruled by Hijikata. He's much more tolerant of the errant Tetsunosuke as well as Souji's childish antics. He is, however, more willing to take risks than Hijikata.
